November was below average in temperature, drier than average, and above average sunshine.  The temperature averaged 41.6 degrees, 2.57 degrees below normal.  Maximum temperature was 68 degrees on the 1st; a minimum temperature of 18.5 degrees was recorded on the 14th.  Prior to this minimum temperature, a hard-killing frost had been recorded on the 8th with a temperature of 27.5 degrees. Daytime high temperatures averaged 51 degrees, 1.65 degrees below the norm.  Nighttime temperatures averaged 32 degrees, 3.9 degrees below the norm.  November 2019 average temperature was cooler than that in November 2018 and was below the 30-year average for the month.  

Precipitation totaled 3.71 inches, 0.97 inches below normal and 5.33 inches less than the same month in 2018. Measurable precipitation of 0.10 inches or more was recorded on 12 days.  The largest single day rainfall was recorded on the 25th of the month (1.06 inches). No snowfall was recorded for the month of November in East Wareham. 

Sunshine, recorded at the Blue Hills Observatory, averaged 51% of the possible, 4 points above long term average.  There were 11 days with 90% or more sunshine, and 10 days with no sunshine.
