- Lisa McKeag of UMass Extension & Eero Ruuttila will present on organic pest management strategies in vegetable & small fruit crops.
- Candace Bartholomew of UConn Extension will discuss the efficacy & fate of organic pesticide compounds, safe storage of pesticides on farms and EPA Worker Protection standards.
- Robert Durgy, Farm Manager of the Griswold CT Experiment Station Farm will demonstrate backpack & small tractor sprayer calibration.
- Joe Bonelli will discuss the CT-RMA program as it applies to risk management in the safe use of pesticides.
