The theme for this year’s cover contest is “Man and Animals: Their Working Relationships”
This is meant in the broadest of terms “man” – referring to ‘mankind’.
Youth must be between the ages of 5-18 to enter.
The winning entry will get $20 and the picture they draw splashed all over! (See attached PDF for specifics).
