WMass 4-H Winter Workshops

The registration fee is $5 per workshop or $10 for the entire day per person including lunch.  If you sign up for the entire day, your County 4-H Advisory Council-Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire and Worcester-will cover $10 of your $20 fee. Your final cost=$10/person (includes lunch).

Registrations should be postmarked no later than Friday, January 4, 2019. 

All registration fees are non-refundable unless the entire workshop is canceled. 

Please make checks payable to Franklin County 4-H.  

Complete the registration form and mail with an enclosed check for $10/person to: Tom Waskiewicz, 4-H Office, 101 University Drive, Suite A4, Amherst, MA  01002-9261.
