Each year the UMass Stockbridge School of Agriculture and the UMass Center for Agriculture offer a workshop series for homeowners and small scale farmers. All workshops have a hands-on component that will help participants gain new skills that they can use in their own gardens or landscapes. Locations and registration fees vary.

April 9 - Orchard Pest Management for the Homeowner & Enthusiast - a Hands-on Workshop (Harvard)

April 16 - Pruning Raspberries & other Brambles - a Hands-on Workshop (Phillipston/ Athol)

April 23 - Invasive Plants in Massachusetts - ID & Management (Amherst)

April 30 - The 100-ft, 25-tree, 5-Variety Backyard Apple Orchard Fruiting Wall! - a Hands-on Workshop (North Andover)
