Rutgers University is collaborating with UMass Amherst and The University of Rhode Island to teach a 2 full-day course for those wanting to know exactly what is involved getting into the Food Business! This course introduces Food Safety and important considerations when developing a new food product. This virtual, live, and interactive course will address the key attributes of formulating a product from concept to commercialization. Some topics include Labeling requirements, Preventative Controls, Hazard Analysis, and Food Safety and regulations.
