Tune into TickTalk with TickReport!
Topic: 2018/2019 TICK UPDATES FROM THE UMASS LABORATORY OF MEDICAL ZOOLOGY (LMZ)
The LMZ runs a passive surveillance program for tick-borne diseases (TBD) through its TickReport testing service. Passive surveillance is a powerful tool for mapping the geography and chronology of TBD risk. This presentation will provide a semi-annual overview of the passive surveillance and point listeners to resources where they can access this information in real time. Speaker: Dr. Stephen Rich, UMass Laboratory of Medical Zoology.
This is part of a FREE live webinar series presented noon to 1:00 pm on the 2nd Wednesday of the month in February, March, April, May, and October 2019. Preregistration is required to access the webinars.
