Get some hands-on experience scouting and identifying landscape disease and weeds problems. Join Randy Prostak, Extension Weed Specialist, and Nick Brazee, Extension Plant Pathologist, for a walk through the landscape as they discuss and demonstrate how to put IPM practices to work effi ciently and examine some of the most common disease and weed problems of woody ornamentals. Dress for walking; workshop held rain or shine. Bring a clipboard, pencil and hand lens if possible.
Credits
Pesticide credits: 2 pesticide contact hours in categories 36 and Applicator’s License; valid for equivalent categories in all New England states.
Association credits: 1 MCH, 1 MCA (education), and 1 MCLP (education).
