Dwayne Breger, Director of Clean Energy Extension, joined the leadership team of the Environmental Business Council’s Energy Resources Committee, where he was selected to serve as the Program Chair for an event on energy storage. The nonprofit Environmental Business Council of New England (EBC) works to support and foster the development of the environmental industry, including emerging environmental and energy businesses. The EBC Energy Resources Committee addresses energy issues relevant to the Massachusetts businesses, including legislative, regulatory and policy topics across New England. As Program Chair for the event on energy storage, Breger is responsible for organizing and moderating the program agenda and speakers.

“As Massachusetts embarks on its energy storage initiative, EBC has provided a terrific opportunity to bring policymakers and business leaders together to discuss the emerging energy storage landscape and help prepare for its clean energy future.  The Clean Energy Extension is pleased to be engaged in this event and momentum,” Breger said.

On November 29, the EBC Energy Program will be hosting a half-day event in Boston titled Energy Storage Comes to Massachusetts – Next Steps and Beyond. Breger will moderate the event and Judith Judson, Commissioner of the Department of Energy Resources, will be the keynote speaker. Learn more and register here.
