  • Green Communities Designation and Grant Program - Administered by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources
  • Mass Save - Mass Save is the energy efficiency program for customers of investor-owned utilities across Massachusetts.  On the linked page, we have compiled contact information for Mass Save municipal representatives, who can provide information on incentives toward free energy assessments and incentives for energy efficiency projects and purchases of efficient equipment.
  • UMass Center for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy - Offers free, in-depth assessments of eligible New England water/wastewater treatment plants and manufacturing facilities through the US Department of Energy's Industrial Assessment Center program
  • Massachusetts Clean Energy Center - Grants for solar hot water, organics-to-energy and hydropower projects
  • Clean Cities Program - MA DOER program offering information and funding for alternative fuel vehicles and green transportation options
  • Community Clean Energy Resiliency Initiative - MA DOER grant program for municipalities using clean energy technologies to protect citizens from service interruptions caused by severe weather
