Melissa coordinates partnerships and encourages climate adaptation with natural resources conservation and ecosystem resilience in mind. Current projects include coordinating the Massachusetts Ecosystem Climate Adaptation Network (Mass ECAN) and helping resource managers incorporate climate impacts into their work. She also manages projects related to aquatic connectivity, wildlife conservation, resiliency of road-stream crossings, and tools for prioritizing conservation. Melissa works with conservation nonprofits, regional and municipal authorities, academics, private consulting firms, and state and federal agencies.
