The Role of Diet in Mammary Epithelium Permeability, Lactation Outcomes, and Infant Health

Study Design: We first will develop a REDCap project that will include all the questionnaires that participants are asked to complete. The questionnaires include the Infant Feeding Intentions, Maternal Perception of Secretory Activation, Breastfeeding Self Efficacy short form, Perceived Stress Scale, Perceived Milk Supply, and Food Records. We expect to complete the REDCap project within the first month and to receive IRB approval within two months (mid-May 2023).
