August 27th 3pm – Worcester County 4-H Fair in Spencer, MA
October 8th – Fall Fest – Middlesex 4-H Fair Grounds in Westford, MA
Open to youth ages 8-16 Individual or Teams

*A club/group can enter more than one team. Teams can be mixed ages, but will be compete according to oldest team member.
Registration Deadline: 2-weeks prior to event.
Goal: Design a car using recycled materials to travel the fastest under battery power using just 2–AA batteries. Along with speed, cars will be judged on best use of recycled materials, overall design, geardesigns and creativity. The day of the event solar panels will be available for after the race for teams to try converting their car to solar power if conditions allow it. (Panels are 267mm x 127mm x 3mm)
