The Natural Disaster Recovery (NDR) Program for Agriculture has been opened up to provide financial assistance to agricultural operations that suffered crop losses from specific 2023 Natural Disasters. These natural disasters are the February 3-5 Deep Freeze; the May 17-18 Frost; and the July 9-16 Rainfall and Flooding.
