After a long New England winter, flowering trees and shrubs are a sure sign that spring has finally arrived. Participants will learn key identification features for a variety of spring blooming plants, with an emphasis on ornamental features. Tips for tree and shrub identification and how to tell similar species apart will be discussed. Approximately 25 plants will be covered along with appropriate siting and cultural practices. Dress for walking; held outdoors rain or shine.

Preregistration required as space is limited. The cost is $75, $68/person for a group of three or more registrations from the same company (10% discount). Online registrations include a nominal processing fee.
