Vegetable Program
The Vegetable Team specializes in a wide range of topic areas related to IPM, including: crop production; insect, weed and disease management (including organic approaches); soil and nutrient management; cover crops; plant breeding; community food systems; food safety; pollination; and herbs. They conduct research, host educational programs, publish a newsletter with timely pest alerts, and are available to commercial vegetable growers for consultation.
