The 4-H Spring Leadership Retreat is a great opportunity for youth in grades 9-12 to improve their leadership skills. With hands-on, interactive leadership sessions, youth will gain a better understanding of what it means to be a leader and how to apply being a leader in their club, county and school. Along with the leadership learning, youth will have opportunities to participate in a variety sessions on Thursday, that will encourage growth in life skills areas such as: money management, effective communication, problem solving and decision making.
