    2022 STEAM Festival

    March 14, 2022
The second annual UMass 4-H STEAM Festival was held over the winter and an awards ceremony was held on Pi Day March 14.  The program kicked off with a PI Day activity, pledges by 4-H'ers and a slideshow of many exhibits.  The Juniors really outdid themselves sweeping the STEAM categories and a few cloverbuds wowed us with their work. Many of the classes remained the same with a few additions this year based on feedback received.  The classes were also arranged in the general categories of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math with a miscellaneous category so we could see what other STEAM projects 4-H'ers are doing and intersted in as we continue to grow this opportunity.
