The Berkshire 4-H Fair Association, a group of teens who plan and manage the Fair for other youth, invite you to share your skills, interests, and talents, learn new project opportunities, and join in special activities. In honor of the 80th annual fair and recognition of the past few difficult years, the Berkshire 4-H Fair Association members decided it needed to be a FUN CELEBRATION. Fair goers and exhibitors can enjoy vendors, workshops, hall exhibits, sheep & rabbit shows, entertainment and more throughout the day
Saturday, August 20, 2022 (All times are approximate depending on number of entries.)
- 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Sheep and Rabbits checked in and in place Hall entries checked in for judging.
- 8:00 a.m. Food Booth opens
- 9:30 a.m. Hall judging
- 10.00 a.m. Pledges, Exhibit Hall opens Vendors open
- 10:00 a.m. – 3p.m. Workshops, Demonstrations, Games
- 10:30 a.m. Rabbit Show
- 12:00 p.m. Contest with Elected Officials!
- 1:00 p.m. Sheep Show
- 2:30 p.m. Awards Ceremony (time is approximate)
- 3:00 p.m. Exhibits released
SPECIAL EVENTS Vendors Throughout the day an array of 4-H youth vendors & area crafters and artisans will be present. Auction Take some chances on a variety of items donated by local people and businesses. Workshops/Demonstrations There will be hands on workshops and demonstrations happening throughout the day for those present and interested in participating. A list of times and opportunities will be posted on the fairgrounds. Entertainment Dancing, singing, drumming, and more!
