How to Participate: 

                                 In Person Event will be held in Washington, D.C. March 9-12, 2023 

Applicants must be in grades 9-12 and submit their application by Friday, January 6th. See PDF for details.  Interviews will start on Friday, January 13th. Submission must by email to: Carrie Chickering-Sears ccsears@umass.edu
